How it works

Our Installation Process

A proven, six-stage process that delivers a clean, durable and professionally finished floor, every time.

Technicians inspecting a concrete floor and testing moisture and level conditions.
Stage 1

Inspection & Assessment

We evaluate the substrate for moisture, cracks, uneven areas, contamination and previous coatings, then factor in property type, traffic and exposure to recommend the right system.

Professional technician preparing a concrete floor with a diamond grinding machine and dust extractor.
Stage 2

Surface Preparation

Old coatings, paint, adhesive and loose material are removed. Diamond grinding or shot blasting creates a clean, properly profiled surface, with industrial dust extraction throughout.

Concrete floor crack repair and self-leveling compound application before coating installation.
Stage 3

Concrete Repair & Leveling

Cracks, joints and holes are repaired with suitable resin or cementitious materials. Low or uneven spots are corrected with patching or self-leveling underlayments for a stable base.

Technicians applying a bonding primer to a prepared concrete floor.
Stage 4

Primer Application

A compatible primer improves adhesion between the substrate and flooring system. It can also seal porous concrete, reduce air release and help control moisture transmission.

Professional installation of a seamless gray epoxy floor coating.
Stage 5

Flooring / Coating Installation

The selected material is mixed and installed to spec using squeegees, rollers and specialized tools. Decorative flakes, colored aggregates or anti-slip additives are added as required.

Final protective floor coating and quality inspection in a commercial space.
Stage 6

Topcoat & Quality Control

A protective topcoat improves resistance to abrasion, chemicals, stains and UV. After curing, the floor is inspected for uniformity, adhesion, texture and finish, then cleaned for handover.

Why it matters

Why Professional Installation Matters

The performance of a flooring system depends on far more than the finish material. Moisture testing, surface preparation, concrete repair, correct mixing, application thickness, site conditions and curing time all affect the final result.

Our process is designed to deliver a clean, durable and professionally finished surface, and to avoid the problems that come with improper installation.

Improper installation may cause:
Peeling / delaminationBubbles & pinholesCrackingUneven color / texturePoor adhesionPremature wear
