2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every Golden Shore renovation is backed by a written 2-year warranty on our workmanship. If something isn't right because of how it was built or installed, we'll come back and make it right — at no cost to you.
What's Covered
✓ Covered by Our Warranty
Defects in our workmanship and installation · Finishes and fixtures we installed · Carpentry, tile, and finishing work · Issues caused by how the work was performed. If it's our craftsmanship, it's our responsibility.
What It Doesn't Cover
Normal wear and tear · Damage from misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance · Work performed by others after we finish · Manufacturer product defects (these are covered by the product's own warranty, which we'll help you claim).
